Tlws
The piece called Tlws was conceived and made for the Welsh Assembly Rooms in Cardiff. It was designed by leading glass designer Jane Beebe and is made from components traditionally used through Welsh history. The main body is made of two pieces of crystal joined at the centre. It was then frosted to give it the semi-transparent appearance. A steel belt envelops the girth which is decorated with welsh coal and gold. The whole piece sits on a steel support mounted on Welsh slate.

Millennium Vases
These vases were commissioned by Aspreys of London, at Neil Wilkins workshop in Frome Somerset.

The cutting and polishing of these pieces proved to be extremely demanding, partly because of the sheer weight and size of the component pieces, and also the lengthy periods of time holding them. The pattern changes in proportion to the vase as it moves from top to bottom.

Each vase has 2000 lenses (all hand cut and polished by Steve)

They measure approx. 5' 6" tall and took several months to complete.

Canary Wharf
Internationally renowned artist Rachael Woodman was commissioned to produce this art installation at Canary Wharf London. The plinths are steel framed, with polished granite plates. Multiple vertical glass tubes are then mounted on the granite, creating this stunning array of colour.

Steve has continued to work extensively with Rachael, and values the association greatly.
